Service Philosophy
Our service philosophy is simple, we work with the customer to
deliver the best 'solution' to their project needs. We do not believe
in a quick sale! Most of our customers are either individuals building
on an idea, small software companies, indie music labels, or new
media companies. These types of customers need individualized attention
to their projects in order to achieve the most effective results.
In addition, quite often, these types of customers have ongoing
and evolving needs as their companies evolve and change. Therefore
we always strive to build a longer term partnerships with our customers.
As part of our commitment, we strive to understand the company/individual
we are working with. This helps us propose good solutions to meet
each unique and evolving project need. Finally, our employees are
former software, new media and music industry professionals. This
background means we often understand many of the unique circumstances
our customers face before we begin working with them.
Pricing Philosophy
At Effectuality, our goal is to constantly improve our pricing
on all of our products through improvements in process, negotiating
better supplier arrangements, and better anticipating product trends.
In general, we believe in providing all of our customers with access
to fair prices for top quality services and products. If you find
a better price elsewhere, please feel free to let us know, and we
will do our best to match this pricing quote. However, we will continue
to strive to provide top quality services and products and may not
match all competitor quotes where differences in quality may exist.
Flexibility Philosophy
In our view, the only solution is the solution that meets your
project needs most appropriately. We are not bound by product offering,
list price sheets, or company policy. In fact, our most important
policy is to offer the exact solution to your needs. If you do not
find the product or service you are looking for, please feel free
to inquire about it. Chances are someone else has already inquired
about the same product or service you would like to find out more
about.
Quality Philosophy
Quality is of the utmost importance at Effectuality for
many reasons. First of all, providing a quality solution means that
our customers projects will be a success. The success of our customer
projects is our ultimate goal and providing quality products and
services means we can look forward to developing longer term partnerships
with our customers. However, quality effects us in other ways as
well. Returned product, defective products, and other production
quality problems interrupt our normal business and productivity,
and cause too many administrative problems. In order to remain 'effective'
we must ensure a minimum of quality issues with all products and
services. In turn, this means we are better able to deliver effective
solutions to meet our customers needs.
