Anti-Piracy Practices & Copyright Ownership Information |
We observe anti-piracy, good business practices and deal
only with honest clients. This means that sometimes we have to put
our clients through some copyright infringement exercises, but we
hope you will support us in our anti-piracy efforts and understand.
If a pirated CD were to slip past our attention and was manufactured
by us, it would mean large fines and may even put us out of business.
Please be advised that in our anti-piracy efforts, our plant will:
- Conduct routine review of all orders to determine legitimacy.
- Consult with authorities as necessary concerning sound recording
ownership.
- Refer all acts of infringement and related documents to appropriate
law enforcement authorities.
- If you are not the verified copyright owner, you must provide
copyright licensing documentation including the name of the copyright
owner. This includes identifiable “samples” or small pieces of
other artists songs. You will be required to provide track by
track artist and title listings.
Mixed mode CDs or DVDs containing audio and video together
may require synchronization licenses. A synchronization license
permits the accompaniment of a moving image with an underlying musical
piece. A synchronization license is a grant from the publisher to
the producer allowing the utilization of the musical piece.
