Payment methods accepted include corporate check, money order,
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, wire transfer, and online escrow service
(additional charges apply).
Personal checks must clear before proceeding with project. For
international orders originating outside North America, all checks
must clear before proceeding with project.
Submit payment with order form. If paying by corporate check,
send check with master CD. Payment should be made to Effectuality
Inc.
We accept payments in $U.S., $CAN, U.K. pound, and Euro. For other
currencies, a surcharge will apply.
Please submit 2 masters
with your project in case either has errors or problems.
Never submit all your masters with a project. We are not responsible
for lost or damaged masters.
Please submit masters with volume name, format and other relevant
information.
If you would like your masters returned with the completed project,
please specify this with the master shipment and on the order
form. Normally, we hold masters for possible reorders of the project.
CDR masters are the most common format. Please check with us on
other formats for suitability. A charge may apply if conversion
from your master type is required.
Always produce masters using high quality CD Recordables.
Always close sessions when writing masters.
If submitting a master with a hybrid or MAC format, please inform
us in advance.
Mark customs value of $1 per CD and specify description 'Master
CD, no resale value'.

Review order form carefully for accuracy.
Couriers will not accept PO box shipments.
If completed products and services are to be shipped on your account,
please ensure you have supplied us with the account number to
bill to and courier name.
