At Effectuality, we encourage you to design your own
artwork in order to maintain creative freedom, to keep costs
down or for a variety of other reasons. However, with all
types of printing, graphics are typically a major source of
problems, delays and errors. As a result, we have parted with
the industry in offering a much lower graphics rate than industry
standard, which is typically more than twice our cost. Therefore,
we highly recommend that you involve us in the graphic development
process. If you do prepare your own graphics, we request that
you use the provided
templates.

If you have any questions regarding these templates, then
please forward them to our attention as we would be happy to provide
the required templates or answers. In cases where artwork has problems
or does not conform to the provided specifications, we may request
that you revise artwork to the provided specifications. We will
assist, where possible, to ensure that project timelines are maintained,
however, project delays may be unavoidable. If you have any questions

Upon receipt of artwork, we will examine the file for errors
or missing components, etc. If a file cannot be opened or errors
are found regarding the way the art has been assembled, we will
advise you as soon as possible so that you can decide whether or
not to make your own corrections or we will offer our services at
our usual shop rate.
